目的：了解近10年来亚健康研究状况及趋势，为开展进一步研究提供借鉴。方法以中国知网期刊全文数据库为检索工具，以“医药卫生”为查询范围，“亚健康”为主题，检索2005—2014发表的期刊文献，采用文献计量分析的方法对结果进行分析。结果共检索479篇有效文献，2005年后核心期刊发表的亚健康文献数量呈上升趋势，研究类型中调查类研究占绝大多数，半数以上研究（65.55%）得到基金支持，跨单位、跨地区研究占重要比重。结论亚健康近年来受到人们广泛关注，文献总量较多，与中医诊断相结合的高新技术检测是目前亚健康研究热点，结合中医四诊或现代生物学开发高新技术对亚健康进行筛选、检测可能成为今后亚健康研究的一个发展方向。%Objective To analyze the current situation and developing trends of sub-health in recent decade in China so as to provide reference for further research and development. Methods All sub-health articles published in key journals during 2005-2014 were searched in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI), and then they were sorted and analyzed by bibliometric method. Results A total of 479 papers were included. The publication number was increasing from 2005,reached a peak around 2007-2012 and declined from 2012, but maintained at a high level as a whole. The majority of included articles were investigation,and 65. 55% got fund support. Cross unit and trans-regional researches took an important position. Conclusion The total publication number of sub-health is growing but the quality is uneven. How to diagnosing sub-health by high-tech combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)has become the hotspot.
