Objective To investigate the effects of acupoint injection at Zusanli and Shangjuxu on enterocinesia in patients with open abdominal gallbladder surgery. Methods From January to December 2009, 78 cases with open abdominal gallbladder surgery in our hospital were randomly and equally divided into the control group and experimental group. The control group received routine treatment. The experimental group received acupoint injection of neostigmine at Zusanli and Shangjuxu. The peristalsis recovery time and exhaust time were compared between the two groups. Results The average recovery time of bowel sound was (21.3 ±4.6) h in the experimental group, and (27.6 ± 5.3) h in the control group ( P ＜ 0.05 ). The first anal exhaust appeared at (36.7 ± 5.5) h in the experimental group, and at (43.6 ± 4.3 ) h in the control group ( P ＜ 0. 05 ). Conclusion Acupoint injection at Zusanli and Shangjuxu in patients with open abdominal gallbladder surgery can effectively promote the enterocinesia recovery, and prevent the complications.%目的 观察穴位注射对促进剖腹胆囊术后患者肠蠕动功能恢复的影响.方法 2009年1-12月我院施行剖腹胆囊手术78例,随机分为实验组与对照组各39例.实验组应用甲硫酸新斯的明为主要注射液进行穴位足三里、上巨虚注射,对照组为常规治疗.观察两组患者肠蠕动恢复时间和排气时间.结果 实验组肠鸣音恢复时间平均(21.3±4.6)h,对照组(27.6±5.3)h,经t检验,P＜0.05.实验组术后第1次肛门排气时间平均(36.7±5.5)h,对照组平均(43.6±4.3)h,经t检验,P＜0.05.结论 剖腹术后采用穴位注射能有效促进患者肠蠕动的恢复,对患者手术后的早日康复和防止并发症的发生具有积极的推动作用.
