电力系统地震灾害及防救规划对策

         

摘要

通过统计电力系统三大组成部分在国外多次重大地震灾害中的破坏情况,分析了设备类型及安置方式对电力系统震害破坏程度的影响,并结合唐山与阪神两次重大地震灾害的应急响应实例,整理了电力系统震后恢复工作的模式类型、基本原则、工作顺序等内容,为电力系统防灾规划的研究和推行提供参考.%Through the statistical of the damage situation of three components of power system in several major geological disasters at home and abroad, analyzed the influence of equipment type and placement to power system earthquake disaster damage extent, combining with the emergency response examples of Tangshan and Kobe two major earthquake disasters, finished the patterns, basic principles, work orders and other contents of power system restoration work after earthquake, provided reference for the research and implementation of power system disaster prevention planning.
