In order to effectively evaluate the structure safety of primary and secondary schools,from the material strength,crack status,upper structure,foundation and other aspects,this paper made field test to a middle school student dormitory in Xiamen,and according to the test results made seismic identification to housing,finally gave corresponding reinforcement scheme.%为了有效评价中小学校舍的结构安全性,从材料强度、裂缝现状、上部结构、地基基础等方面,对厦门市某中学学生宿舍楼进行了现场检测,并根据检测结果对房屋作了抗震鉴定,最后给出了相应的加固处理方案.
