Combining with high-altitude Changlashan Tunnel in cold regions of Qinghai Province,the paper introduces the construction methods for the water plugging at the complicated sections of the tunnel,and sums up its construction points,so as to ensure the construction safety,pro-gress and quality of the tunnel construction and provide some reference for similar projects.%结合青海长拉山隧道地处高海拔高寒的实际情况，对隧道复杂地质段涌水封堵施工方法进行了介绍，归纳总结了其施工要点，从而保证了隧道施工安全、进度和质量，为今后类似工程施工提供了参考借鉴。
