The paper introduces the responsibilities of rural planners,illustrates the positive role of the planners in the rural construction of coun-tries in Chengdu City,analyzes some problems in the rural planning administration from the rural government idea,roles of rural planners,and their communication capacities,and analyzes some problems for the rural planning management,and points out respective improvement advice,so as to enhance the rural planning management.%介绍了乡村规划师的工作职责，阐述了成都市乡村规划师在乡镇建设工作中的积极作用，并从乡镇政府工作理念、乡村规划师地位及沟通能力等方面，分析了乡村规划管理中存在的问题，提出了相应的改进建议，有助于乡村规划管理工作的顺利进行。
