以秀山湖二期工程为例，运用灰色预测系统，建立了两种非等间隔灰色GM（1，1）模型，并对建筑物进行沉降监测，通过对沉降数据的对比分析，指出采用数据变换的非等间隔GM（1，1）模型要优于加权处理的非等间隔GM（1，1）模型。%Taking the second phase Xiushanhu Project as the example,the paper adopts the gray prediction measurement,establishes the une-qual-interval gray GM(1,1)model,undertakes the settlement monitoring of the building,undertakes the comparative analysis of the settlement data,and points out the unequal-interval GM(1,1)model with the digital displacement is better than the weighting unequal-interval GM(1,1) model.
