This paper introduced several commonly used composite modulus calculation method,put forward the elasticity and mechanics analysis method considering the stress diffusion influences,and made improvement calculation to this method,from the lateral pressure coefficient,pile and soil modulus ratio,poisson’s ratio of soil and other factors,analyzed its influence to composite modulus improvement coefficient,pointed out that the stress diffusion had remarkable effect to composite modulus value.%介绍了几种常用的复合模量计算方法，提出了考虑应力扩散影响的弹性力学分析方法，并对该方法进行了改进计算，从侧压力系数、桩土模量比、土泊松比等因素入手，分析了其对复合模量提高系数的影响，指出应力扩散对复合模量取值影响显著。
