According to the structural types and construction conditions of some project,the paper makes out the structural scheme for the post-ten-sioned bonded prestressed concrete beam,adopts the two-dimension design PREC software of the prestressed concrete structure,has the calculation analysis of the stressed status of the prestressed concrete beam,and indicates its construction requirements from the pavement of prestressed rein-forcement and channel grouting.%根据某工程的结构体型及施工条件，制定了后张法有粘结预应力混凝土结构方案，采用预应力混凝土结构二维设计PREC软件，对预应力混凝土梁的受力状态进行了计算分析，并从预应力筋的铺设、孔道灌浆等方面，对其施工要求进行了说明。
