This paper introduced the definition and characteristics of building self thermal insulation block,according to the main factors influ-ence of its thermal insulation,from increasing the thickness of insulation block,mixing with lightweight aggregate,filling efficient insulation ma-terials and other aspects,proposed corresponding improvement measures,pointed out that the building self thermal insulation block had excellent comprehensive properties,application prospect was very broad.%介绍了建筑自保温砌块的定义及特点，针对影响其隔热性能的主要因素，从增加保温砌块厚度、掺加轻骨料、填充高效保温材料等方面，提出了相应的改善措施，指出建筑自保温砌块具有优良的综合性能，应用前景十分广阔。
