Combining with the Jingning water resources utilization present situation,this paper analyzed the 2020 level year balance water re-sources supply and demand situation,and put forward the water resources allocation countermeasures,the results showed that,under the present situation water supply conditions,the water supply reliability was only 64. 2﹪ under Jingning 2020 level year,recommended through the joint water supply of new Jincun reservoir,Longtan bridge reservoir and Hexi three water resources,in order to improve the water supply support abili-ty,guaranteed the sustainable development of economic society.%结合景宁县水资源利用现状，分析了2020水平年水资源供需平衡情况，并提出了水资源配置对策，研究结果表明，现状供水水源条件下，2020水平年景宁县城供水保证率仅为64.2﹪，建议通过新建金村水库，与龙潭桥水库和鹤溪三个水源联合供水，以提高供水保障能力，保障经济社会的可持续发展。
