Combining with the actual situation of Shanxi rural housing,this paper analyzed the existing problems in rural housing transformation process,from row houses,building foundation,structure form and other aspects,elaborated the transformation technology to improve the housing seismic performance,and summarized its quality assurance measures,ensured the housing safety of rural residents.%结合山西省农村房屋的实际情况，分析了农村房屋改造过程中存在的问题，从连排房屋、建筑基础、结构形式等方面，阐述了提高房屋抗震性能的改造技术，并对其质量保证措施进行了总结，确保农村居民的住房安全。
