The Paper describes current cultural relics and ancient architecture protecting problems,illustrates its security system engineering de-sign scheme and norms from aspects of designing tasks,recording field records,designing scheme and systematical design,and finally points out that:the security system plays an important role in cultural relics and ancient architecture protection.%简述了当前文物及古建筑保护中面临的安全问题，从设计任务书、现场勘察记录、设计方案、系统设计等方面，阐述了文物及古建筑安防系统工程的设计方案与规范，指出安防系统在文物与古建筑保护中发挥了重要的作用。
