Taking the kindergarten transformation project as an example,the paper introduces the housing structure conditions and field detection conditions,analyzes its seismic performance by applying PKPM software from aspects of seismic bearing capacity check,foundation base and up-per structure,and finally puts forward corresponding reinforcement measures in light of poor seismic performance parts.%以某幼儿园改造项目为例，介绍了该房屋的结构状况及现场检测情况，采用PKPM软件，从抗震承载能力验算、地基基础、上部结构方面，对其抗震性能进行了分析，并针对抗震性能不满足要求的构件提出了相应的加固处理措施。
