The paper illustrates some problems for the mechanical and electrical installation technique in high-rise buildings and improvement measures,indicates the installation construction technique for the equipment in high-rise buildings from the electric equipment construction,pipe-line construction,comprehensive deepening of mechanical and electrical pipelines according to some examples,so as to guarantee the high-rise buildings quality.%阐述了高层建筑机电安装施工技术存在的问题及完善措施，并通过实例，从电气装置施工、管道施工、机电管线综合深化等方面，论述了高层建筑机电安装的施工技术，对保障高层建筑质量有一定的意义。
