Based on the mathematical model of inverse calculation of four stages of land use and motor vehicle travel OD prediction method of parking demand,get the based on parking demand of land use feedback model,the types of land use,parking technology,the travel cost dis-cussed in this paper,a further interpretation of the interaction between land use and transportation,put forward under the condition of road capac-ity limits,to take corresponding measures ease traffic congestion.%通过分析逆四阶段反算用地的数学模型及机动车出行 OD 预测停车需求法，得到基于停车需求的用地反馈模型，并对模型中用地类型、停车技术、行程费用等进行了论述，阐释了土地利用与交通之间的互动关系，提出了在道路容量限制条件下，缓解交通拥堵的措施。
