The main subject of this paper is the high slope of Lanzhou region analyzes the relationship between ratio of high to width and stability factor of slope,and the influence of soil layers and the strength parameter selection,so it can be used to estimate stability factor of the loess high slope in Lanzhou with one layer model. There is an approximate linear relationship among ratio of high to width and stability factor of slope,and there is no relationship between strength parameters and stratification.%以兰州地区的黄土高边坡为研究对象，分析了宽高比与稳定系数的关系，探讨了分层和强度参数取值对稳定系数的影响，结果表明：可用简单的一层模型估算兰州地区黄土高边坡的稳定系数，同一坡高下边坡的宽高比与稳定系数呈线性关系，且线性关系与强度参数取值和分层无关。
