According to the engineering geological conditions of the Zi-Nan tunnel section of Changchun metro line 1,the difficulties of EPB TBM construction process has been analyzed. Combined with the current development level of shield technology,the main parameters of the EPB TBM is analyzed and selected to match the engineering geology and solve the expected problems during tunnelling. The tunnelling process were followed up and analyzed,and its construction results are close to the expected.%根据长春地铁1号线自南区间的工程地质条件，论述了土压平衡盾构施工的技术难点，并结合当前盾构技术的发展水平，分析了土压平衡盾构机的主要参数，并做了针对性的选配与验算，通过跟踪研究盾构施工过程，指出其施工结果与预想结果较为吻合。
