Based on an aging society,this paper researched the optimum aging problem in present residential area planning and construction, from the concept level,layout mode,furnished equipment,door model design and other points of view,elaborated the countermeasures in resi-dential area optimum aging construction,aimed to create a comfortable and convenient living environment for the aged.%以老龄化社会为立足点，对目前居住区规划建设中关于适老化问题进行了研究，从理念层面、布局模式、设施配套、户型设计等角度，阐述了居住区适老化建设的对策，旨在为老年人创造出舒适便捷的生活环境。
