介绍了怀化市某滑坡的地质环境及工程地质特征，根据物理力学性质指标的实验结果与滑坡稳定性的反演分析结果，确定了计算滑坡稳定性的参数指标，并采用传递系数法，分两种不同工况条件计算了滑坡的稳定性，同时进行了稳定性评价，提出了该滑坡的治理建议。%The article introduced the geological environment and the characteristics of engineering geology for the landslide in Huaihua. Deter-mine the parameters of stability calculation of landslide according to the experimental results of physical and mechanical properties and inversion of landslide stability analysis results. Calculated the landslide stability under two different conditions by using transfer coefficient method,ac-cording to the calculation results get the stability evaluation,and puts forward treatment suggestions.
