以施工质量控制为核心，结合多年的施工和管理经验，分析了质量管理的重难点，从施工生产要素管理和施工质量问题管理两方面，简述了施工质量控制的方法，总结了预防和解决施工质量问题的措施。%In this paper,construction quality control as the core,combined with years of experience in construction and management,and analy-sis the important and difficult aspects of quality management by managing both construction and construction management of factors of production quality problems,and outlined the main points of construction quality control methods,summed up the prevention and resolution measures for construction quality problems.
