From the prefabricated structure system,research focus and application and other aspects,this paper elaborated the development sta-tus of prefabricated concrete structure,according to the existing problems of present prefabricated structure in application,put forward the devel-opment direction and research focus of prefabricated structure,helpful to the popularization and application of prefabricated structure.%从装配式结构体系、研究热点和应用等方面，阐述了装配式混凝土结构的发展现状，针对目前装配式结构在应用中存在的问题，提出了装配式结构的发展方向和研究重点，有利于装配式结构的推广应用。
