Combining with the projects,the paper adopts Midas software in establishing the finite element model,undertakes the simulation of the T-shaped beam in the tension phase,explores the changes of the beam and stress change law with different tension sequences,and provides some reference for the construction quality control of T-shaped beam.%结合实际工程，利用软件Midas 建立有限元模型，对T梁的张拉阶段进行了模拟，探讨了不同张拉顺序下梁体的变形和应力变化规律，研究结果可以为类似T 梁的施工质量监控提供依据。
