Combining with a test pile engineering in Shijiazhuang,this paper adopted the hybrid counter force device,made pile body stress ob-servation to large diameter bored piles,and analyzed the pile load transfer process,provided reference for the design and research of similar large diameter bored piles.%结合石家庄市某试桩工程，采用混合式反力装置，对大直径钻孔灌注桩进行了桩身应力观测，并对桩身荷载传递过程进行了分析，为类似大直径钻孔灌注桩的设计和研究提供参考。
