In order to demolish pipe pile construction environment effect,the paper introduces design principles of deep super static pore water pressure relieving structure,describes its construction technology points by combining with engineering examples,and finally points out advanta-ges of the reliving structure,such as long-term service and low comprehensive cost. Therefore,it is worth promoting.%为了消除管桩施工环境效应，介绍了深层超静孔隙水压力释放结构的设计原理，并结合工程实例，阐述了其施工技术要点，指出该释放结构发挥作用时间长、综合成本低，值得推广应用。
