The paper analyzes the importance of current urban block status and block scale. Through explores the eastern and western block scales,starting from three aspects of functions,behavior and economy,it studies factors influencing block scale in domestic urban construction, which has provided some guidance for block scale design.%分析了目前城市街区的现状及街区尺度的重要性，通过探讨东西方街区的尺度，从功能、行为、经济三方面，研究了我国城市建设过程中街区尺度的影响因素，为街区尺度的设计提供参考。
