The paper discusses the significant meaning of housing building structure reinforcement,analyzes problems existing current structural reinforcement technology,and explores technological features of cast-in-situ reinforcement method,underpinning reinforcement method and car-bon fiber reinforcement method,which has provided some guidance for selecting housing building structure reinforcement methods.%论述了房屋建筑结构加固的重要意义，分析了目前结构加固技术中存在的问题，探讨了现浇加固法、托换式加固法、碳纤维布加固法等的技术特点，为房屋建筑中结构加固方法的选择提供参考。
