This paper discussed the role of campus color planning,and taking Xinyang Normal College as an example,analyzed the color scheme and color sources of the campus,from the architectural color,color landscape,campus comedy color and other aspects,proposed some optimiza-tion suggestions of campus color,to design the colleges and universities with ethnic flavor and regional characteristics.%论述了校园色彩规划的作用，并以信阳师范学院为例，分析了该校园的配色方案及色彩来源，从建筑色彩、景观色彩、校园小品色彩等方面，提出了一些校园色彩的优化建议，以设计出具有民族韵味和区域特色的高校。
