This paper simply discussed the existing problems of construction project in bidding process,from the use of engineering quantity list quotation method,low bid reasonable control,tendering agency management and other aspects,proposed the measures to improve the construction bidding and bidding standardization level,so as to ensure that the tendering and bidding impartiality.%简述了建筑工程项目在招投标过程中存在的问题，从运用工程量清单报价方式、低价中标合理性控制、招标代理机构管理等方面，提出了提高建筑招投标规范化水平的措施，从而确保招投标的公正性。
