Combining with the practical experience,this paper analyzed the existing quality management problems of China’s current industrial and civil building construction site,and from the management bureaucracy,management system,construction process,material control and other aspects,discussed corresponding measures,for reference.%结合实践经验，分析了当前我国工业与民用建筑施工现场存在的质量管理问题，并从管理制度、管理体系、施工流程、材料控制等方面，探讨了相应的完善措施，以供参考。
