为保证嘉绍大桥桥梁全寿命周期内结构与行车双重安全，构建了桥梁运营期结构安全监测与巡检养护管理系统，通过对实测灿鸿台风数据的分析，得到了10 min 平均风速风向、湍流强度以及紊流功率谱密度函数等强风特性，并评估了桥梁的抗风性能，为桥梁管养单位进行台风天气桥梁运营及应急管理工作提供了依据。%In order to guarantee double safety of structure and driving of Jiashao Bridge during its whole-life cycle, the paper buildings structural safety monitoring and inspection maintenance management system during the bridge operation period. Through analyzing field Canhong typhoon data, it obtains strong wind characteristics of 10 min average wind speed and direction, turbulence and turbulence power spectral density func-tion, and assesses the bridge wind-resisting performance, which has provided some guidance for bridge administration units to carry out bridge operation with typhoon and emergent management as well.
