This paper introduced some common abnormal operation situation in sewage treatment plant operation, and according to sewage treat-ment key equipment maintenance, heavy rainfall, water quality deterioration and other phenomenons, discussed different process adjustment measures, in order to avoid the normal growth state impacted of activated sludge in aeration tank, so as to ensure the normal operation of sewage treatment system, made the sewage treatment reach the standard.%介绍了污水处理厂运行中常见的一些异常运行情况，并针对污水处理关键设备检修、汛期暴雨、进水水质恶化等现象，阐述了不同的工艺调整措施，以避免曝气池内活性污泥的正常生长状态受到冲击，从而保障污水处理系统的正常运行，使污水处理达标。
