从建设项目团队冲突管理理论入手,分析了北京某定向安置房项目实施过程中团队冲突管理情况,了解在该项目中团队冲突的形式和成因,并利用相关性分析和回归分析模型,探讨了不同团队冲突管理方式对团队效率的影响,进而提出了建设项目中团队冲突管理的有效意见,倡导团队建立和谐的秩序,促进我国工程建设行业朝着科学化管理迈进。%From the theory of construction project team conflict management,this paper analyzed the team conflict management situation of a ori-ented resettlement housing project implementation process in Beijing,understood the forms and causes in the project team conflict,and used the correlation analysis and regression analysis model,discussed the influence of different team conflict management ways to team efficiency,then put forward the effective opinions of team conflict management in construction project,advocated the team to establish harmonious order,promoted China’s engineering construction industry toward scientific management.
