In this paper a new complex building of a hospital in Shanxi was taken as an example,introduce the large multi-tower chassis design features,points out that the determination of the location of the upper structure built-in parts in the design of a multi-tower structure,which is es-sential to select the structure calculation model.%以山西某医院新院医疗综合楼为例，介绍了大底盘多塔楼结构设计的特点，并根据地下室与上一层的上下刚度比，确定了多塔楼结构设计中上部结构的嵌固部位，对结构计算模型的选取有重要的意义。
