The paper briefly describes the connotations of urban green land and ecological garden city. Through comparing indicator types of Eco-logical Garden City Evaluation Criteria,it analyzes the relationship between urban green land and ecological garden city construction,and finally points out that:green land plays direct or indirect role in ecological garden city construction,furthermore,there is unavoidable limitations.%简述了城市绿地和生态园林城市的内涵，通过对照《生态园林城市分级考核标准》的指标类型，有针对性地梳理了城市绿地与生态园林城市建设之间的关系，指出城市绿地对于生态园林城市建设有着直接与间接的促进作用，以及不可避免的局限性。
