Combining with domestic coalbed stress development research status,starting from four aspects of crustal structure movement,crustal structure depth,rock characteristics and temperature,the paper analyzes factors influencing coalbed stress development,and puts forward corre-sponding management suggestions in light of rock rheology.%结合我国煤气地应力开发研究的现状，从地壳构造运动、地壳深度、岩石特性、温度四方面，分析了影响煤层地应力开发的因素，并针对岩石的流变性，提出了相应的管控建议。
