The paper introduces the specialty of the open caisson construction in architectural projects,and illustrates the caisson construction procedure and technical points from the manufacturing of the caisson,erection of hanging shelf,dismantling,settlement,back over and filling shelf,so as to provide theoretical basis for the application of the open caisson construction in architectural projects.%介绍了建筑工程中沉井施工的特殊性，并从沉井制作、吊土架子搭设、拆模弹线、下沉、封底以及拆架子填土方等环节，阐述了沉井施工流程与技术要点，为建筑工程中沉井施工的推广应用提供了理论依据。
