对既有建筑的墙体、屋面、门窗等围护结构的节能改造措施进行了介绍，研究了建筑采光通风的改造方法，并着重分析了合理应用太阳能技术的方案，以降低建筑能耗，实现能源与环境的协调发展。%This paper introduced the energy saving and transformation measures of existing building wall,roof,doors and windows and other retai-ning structures,researched the transformation method of building lighting and ventilation,emphatically analyzed the scheme reasonably applica-tion of solar energy technology,in order to reduce building energy consumption,realized the coordinated development of energy and environment.
