The paper analyzes the features of various drainage systems and usual drainage pipe materials of super-high-rise residence,introduces the connection of the drainage pipe materials,and points out the methods to optimize the drainage system of the super-high-rise residence from the drainage,noise reduction,and anti-scour,so as to improve the allocation of the drainage pipeline in China.%分析了超高层住宅内不同排水系统与常用排水管材的特性，介绍了排水管材的连接方式，并从排水降噪与抗冲刷两方面入手，提出了优化超高层住宅排水系统的方法，以提高我国住宅排水管道的设置水平。
