The paper analyzes some stratum structural features of the site construction project at Tinghu substation,and adopts respective survey-ing methods and foundation treatment measures according to the expansion and shrinkage features and site investigation of the foundation soil at the site,so as to eliminate the unfavorable influence of the expansion on buildings.%对听湖变电站建设工程所处场地的地层结构特征进行了分析，根据该场地地基土的胀缩特性及现场调查情况，采取了相应的勘察方法和地基处理措施，以消除膨胀性对建筑物的不利影响。
