基于当前政府工程项目监理实践，分析了政府工程项目监理存在的一些问题，如相关制度不健全、建设单位对项目管理不够重视、监理单位管理水平和监理人员业务素质参差不齐等，并提出了相应的改进对策。%In this paper,the current government project supervision practice based on analysis of some problems,such as the system is not per-fect,the construction units have not paid enough attention to the project management,supervision units supervision personnel management level and service qualityis uneven,and the corresponding countermeasures were put forward.
