The paper analyzes the current skylight construction at Yuanping Truck Maintenance Division,analyzes some problems in the skylight construction,and points out some measures to improve the skylight construction efficiency and quality from the plan,management and organiza-tion,so as to solve a series of problems in the track maintenance effectively.%分析了原平工务段目前天窗作业的现状，对天窗作业中存在的问题进行了分析，从计划、管理、组织等方面提出了提高维修天窗作业效率和质量的措施，以有效解决工务系统中的一系列问题。
