Combining with the engineering characteristics of Sichuan Aba Hongyuan plateau airport,this paper discussed the construction site re-sources allocation,safety,quality,schedule,cost,construction data and other management measures,elaborated the management key points,to scientific and reasonable arrangement of construction tasks,promoted the smooth progress of project.%结合四川阿坝红原高原机场的工程特点，对项目施工现场资源配置、安全、质量、进度、成本、施工资料等管理措施进行了探讨，阐述了各环节的管理要点，以科学合理地安排施工任务，促进工程的顺利进行。
