On the basis of fully considering complicated surrounding factors,the paper analyzes of the commercial building foundation support. Combining with engineering construction difficulties,it adopts six foundation surrounding reinforcement scheme,and finally illustrates its con-struction schedule,quality and safety guaranteeing measures,with a view to ensures the support safety.%在充分考虑周边复杂因素的基础上，对某商住楼基坑支护设计作了分析，结合工程施工的难点，优化确定基坑四周采取六种不同加固方案，并对施工进度、质量及安全保证措施进行了阐述，以确保支护安全性。
