以合肥置地广场·柏悦中心C座的结构选型为例，分析了超高层结构采用混合结构和混凝土结构的优缺点，通过综合论证分析，选择了前期一次性投资较低的混凝土结构方案为该项目的结构体系，为类似项目提供了设计依据。%Based on the structural scheme selection of Hefei Landsquare·Brilliant center tower C,this paper compared the advantage and disad-vantage between mixed structure and concrete structure for super high-rise building. After comprehensive comparison,concrete structure was cho-sen as the structural scheme for this tower due to its lower prophase investment. Provides design basis for similar projects.
