This paper made specific analysis on leakage situation causes of concrete structure slope roof,then put forward some effective preven-tion measures according to roof structural design unreasonable,construction joint setting unreasonable,lack of construction method and other ex-isting situation,so as to improve the construction effect and its strength of concrete structure housing.%对混凝土结构的斜坡屋面出现渗漏情况的原因进行了具体的分析，进而针对屋面机构设计不合理、施工缝留设不合理、施工工法存在欠缺等情况提出了几点有效的防治措施，以此来改善混凝土结构房屋的使用效果和自身强度。
