According to the encountered problems of the SDIC Xinji Kouzidong mine in capital construction process measurement work,this paper researched the specific solutions,and summarized the measurement method of high depth capital construction mine,in order to improve the meas-urement work,so as to ensure the safe production of mine.%针对国投新集口孜东矿在基建过程测量工作中遇到的问题，研究了其具体的解决方案，并对高深度基建矿井的测量方法进行了归纳总结，以提高测量工作水平，从而保证矿井的安全生产。
