Taking the long pipe shed construction of Qingdao subway No. 2 line as an example,through the analysis on its engineering geological conditions,using the advance support method of self-advancing pipe shed once long hole,discussed the specific process of construction technolo-gy,and researched and discussed the existing problems and solving measures in construction,in order to ensure the safety of tunnel construction.%以青岛地铁2号线长管棚施工为例，通过对其工程地质条件的分析，采用自进式长管棚一次长孔的超前支护方式，论述了该施工技术的具体工艺流程，并对施工中存在的问题及其解决措施进行了研究探讨，以保证隧道施工安全。
