The paper abstractly introduces the composition,distribution,flatness,collapsibility and site type of foundation soil. Then,we analy-ses the engineering geological data in engineering site and put forward the reasonable foundation type,also has some reference value to the similar engineering geological conditions of the construction site.%介绍了石家庄某工程的地基土构成、竖向分布及地基土的均匀性、湿陷性及场地类型等工程地质特性，通过对拟建工程场地的工程地质资料分析，对所选的基础类型方案进行了讨论，对类似工程地质条件的建筑场地具有一定的借鉴意义。
