The paper analyzes the main problems of construction management of road projects,and points out some measures for the selection of excellent construction teams,implementation of reasonable management procedures,and reasonable construction progress according to some prob-lems in the management over talents,progress and quality.%分析了当前公路工程施工管理存在的主要问题，针对人才管理、进度管理、质量管理等问题，提出了选择优秀的施工队伍、制定合理的管理程序、把握合理的施工进度等措施。
